To Become a Seasonal Customer

Joining as a seasonal customer is a great way to get your feet wet!

SYC Seasonal Dockage Information.pdf explains how it works.
An application can be printed by clicking SYC Seasonal Dockage Agreement.
Completed application and $500.00 deposit to be dropped off at the Dockmaster’s Shack and will be reviewed by the Seasonal Chair on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Payment in full with proof of insurance at $500,000 liability with Schenectady Yacht Club listed as Additionally Insured is required upon acceptance and prior to dock assignment.

To Become a Member

After being a seasonal customer for one year, you may apply for club membership.

Your sponsor will retrieve a Membership Application from the Members Only page.
Mail the completed Membership Application including all required information to Schenectady Yacht Club, 1676 Route 146, Rexford, NY 12148.
The Membership Chair will contact you to schedule an interview with the Membership Committee.
The Board of Directors and Bridge Officers will review Membership Application with the recommendation of the Membership Committee.
The Membership Application will be voted on by the members at the next Membership Meeting.

Customer to print the SYC Storage Agreement.pdf and deliver completed agreement with full payment and proof of insurance to Dockmaster prior to scheduling boat to be pulled.
